Whether you walk independently or use an assisitive device, we will show you how to use a pedometer to track your activity. E-STEPS allows you to set goals and see your progress.
E-Calculators
Determine your body mass index (BMI) which is a good indicator of healthy weights for adult men and women. Calculate your exercise intensity by determining your Target Heart Rate (THR).
